Perfectly Pressed is committed to providing convenient, reliable service. In fact, our process is as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works:
- Request a pick-up online and complete new customer form, or give us a call at 240.644.7711.
- Place clothes to be cleaned in a bag of your choice*.
- Place bag on your front door or another predetermined location at your home by 7:30 am.
*If you place garments in the plastic bag of your choice, please mark “for Perfectly Pressed” on the bag prior to placing at your front door.
Need a little more information?
At the time of your account set up, we’ll confirm the fixed schedule for pick-ups and deliveries in your neighborhood. After requesting a pick-up, place the garments to be cleaned in the bag and place it by your front door by 7:30 am.
We’ll take care of the rest. Our drivers will automatically pick-up your order on the pre-selected day and deliver fresh, clean clothes on the next scheduled service day by 6:00 pm. Your clothes will be hung on your front door (or another predetermined location) with our custom hanger and protected by our special care bag. We encourage you to help us reduce our environmental impact by reusing the complimentary hanger and special care bag for future pick-ups and deliveries.
Do you have a garment that requires special care?
For your convenience, we’ve provided an instruction card in the clear pocket of your Perfectly Pressed bag. Simply use the back of the form to write special instructions about a pesky stain, a loose button, request an alteration, or how great we are. When complete, place the card back in the clear pocket of the bag with your special instructions facing out so our team members see your request(s) upon pick-up.
