How is Perfectly Pressed different from other dry cleaning and laundry services?
We offer exceptional customer service and unmatched, reliable service – delivered right to your door. We offer our convenient pick-up and delivery services at a price that’s often less than your dry cleaner. With Perfectly Pressed, pick-up and delivery are always free.
Do you offer wash and fold services?
We do not offer wash and fold at this time.
Do you charge more than regular cleaners?
We offer our services at a competitive price that is often less than your dry cleaner.
Do you charge for pick-up & delivery?
Perfectly Pressed always offers free pick-up and delivery.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can use our service as many times as you like in accordance with our fixed service schedules for your neighborhood. You may also terminate service at will.
Do you charge a membership or monthly fee?
There are no membership or monthly fees. You pay only for the services rendered at your request.
Do I have to schedule a pick-up every week?
No! If you require occasional service, you can request a pick-up as needed online or by calling 240.644.7711. If you use our service weekly, there’s no need to request pick-up! We’ll automatically pick-up your order on the pre-selected day and deliver fresh, clean clothes by 6:00 pm on your next scheduled service day.
Is your dry cleaning process eco-friendly?
Yes, we use organic, odorless, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are not harmful to you or to the environment.
Do you recycle hangers?
We provide our customers with a hanger box to collect their hangers. Once the box is full, we pick it up and send it to the recycling facility.
How do you protect the environment?

How do I get started if I’m a first time customer?
It’s easy! If you’re a first time customer, simply complete our New Customer Pick-Up Request. Next, place all garments you to clean into the bag of your choice and mark “for Perfectly Pressed”. Place the bag at your front door or at another predetermined location at your home by 7:30 am. We pick-up/deliver your dry cleaning by 6:00 pm.
Or if you’d rather, you may also give us a call at 240.644.7711 to request a pick-up. When we deliver your garments, we’ll include a complimentary Perfectly Pressed bag for you to use for future orders.
How can I update my credit card on file?
Simply, log in to your account to update the card on file Credit Card Authorization, or give us a call at 240.644.7711.
What is the special care bag?
The special care bag is the navy Perfectly Pressed garment bag that we provide with your first delivery. It serves several purposes. At the time of pick-up, it’s the bag in which you’ll place your garments to be cleaned in. At the time of delivery, you’ll find your fresh, clean clothes protected by it.
Can I request a second bag if I have an additional pick-up?
If needed, you can request a second bag by contacting us.
How do I schedule a pick-up?

How will I know my scheduled pick-up?
We’ll arrange fixed days of the week for pick-ups and deliveries at the time of your account setup.
Are there any days that you don’t pick-up and deliver?
We don’t pick-up or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or standard holidays. We’ll notify our customers of service interruptions before all standard holidays.
My scheduled day falls on a holiday, when should I expect service?
We will pick-up and deliver on the next scheduled day of service for your neighborhood. Please contact us if you have an emergency.
Where do you pick-up and drop off my garments?
The Perfectly Pressed driver will pick-up and deliver your garments at your front door or at another predetermined location at your home.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
We always protect your garments by placing your cleaned items in our special care bag. If we determine that the weather may threaten the safety of your garments, we’ll hold your order and deliver it on the next scheduled day of service for your neighborhood. If you anticipate weather may delay your delivery and need your order sooner, please call us to ensure that appropriate accommodations are made. If you have a pick-up on a rainy day, we recommend placing your items in a plastic bag before placing them in your Perfectly Pressed bag for extra protection.
Do I have to be home for pick-up and delivery?
No need to be home – that’s the convenience of Perfectly Pressed! Simply place the garments to be cleaned in our special care bag on the morning of your scheduled pick-up, then hang the bag on your front door. We automatically come to pick-up and will deliver fresh, clean clothes right to your door.
What if I’m away on my scheduled pick-up and delivery day?
Simply let us know – give us a call at 240.644.7711 or Contact Us. If we have your garments, we’ll hold them until you return.
How do I tell you about a special request concerning a garment?
Just log in to your account and make a note when requesting a pick-up “Special Instructions”, or write your request on the included instructions card located in the clear pocket of the Perfectly Pressed bag (white card with your scheduled days printed on the front). Be sure to have notes facing out when placing the card back in the pocket. Our team members will see the notes and flag your order. You can also give us a call at 240.644.7711 or Contact Us.
Do I have to tip the driver?
No! Pick-up and delivery is always complimentary. Our team members do not expect tips or gratuities.
Can I get rewarded for referrals?
Yes, we want you to help us spread the word. We’ll credit your account $20 for each customer you refer to our service immediately upon the receipt of their first order.
Is there a minimum order?
No order is a small order. We only ask our customers to help us be more efficient and request a pick-up after accumulating few items when possible.
