Perfectly Pressed is committed to providing convenient, reliable service. In fact, our process is as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works:
- Arrange for a pick-up online or give us a call at 240.644.7711
- Fill out the New Customer & Price List.
- Place the garments to be cleaned in the plastic bag of your choice* or our complimentary special care bag and place on your front door or another predetermined location at your home by 8:30am.
* If you place garments in the plastic bag of your choice, please mark “for perfectly pressed” on the bag prior to placing at your front door.
Need a little more information?
At the time of your account set up, we’ll review payment options and the fixed schedule for pick-ups and deliveries in your neighborhood. After requesting a pick-up, fill out the inventory slip, bag the garments to be cleaned, and place our special care bag on your front door (or another predetermined location) by 8:30 am.
We’ll take care of the rest. Our drivers will automatically pick-up your order on the preselected day and deliver fresh, clean garments the next scheduled service day by 5:30 pm. Your clothes will be hung on your front door with our custom hanger and protected by our special care bag. We encourage you to help us reduce our environmental impact by reusing the complimentary hanger and special care bag for future pick-ups and deliveries.

Remember, with Perfectly Pressed, there’s never a need to call for a pick-up or be home for a delivery. Once you’re a loyal customer, we’ll pick-up and deliver to your front door according to the fixed schedule for your neighborhood.
Do you have a garment that requires special care?
Prior to pick-up, visit the forms section and download our special care form. After downloading, write special instructions about a pesky stain, a loose button, or an alteration on the form and insert directly into your special care bag.
